The Research and Development laboratory is located here at the heart of the factory: ‘Made in France’ grey matter intended to devise, design and manufacture all the products, for today and tomorrow.

PROTOTYPING

Prototyping is an important stage of the conception of a new table. It is moving the concept from a digital file to a physical item.
Using advanced technologies, and their expertise, our technicians play an important role in implementing the new features developed by R&D. They shape the designers ideas, test and consolidate the final version. They also create the additional tools to assemble the most elaborated tables.

MANUFACTURING

Each of the 100 000 Cornilleau tables manufactured annualy are conceived, developed and made in France, in the very hub of the business, in Bonneuil-les-Eaux in the Oise department (Picardy), the Cornilleau family’s native village.
More than 200 pieces are necessary to create a table. Due to this great variety of materials, the processing and assembly methods requires very specific know-hows. This is why we are constantly improving the efficiency of our process and pushing every day to raise our requirements.

QUALITY CONTROL

All our materials and products undergo a rigorous selection process.
Each step in the manufacturing process is subject to an exhaustive quality check for all the components while paying the utmost attention to the assembly precision.
Our quality department goal is to ensure that daily operations meet the highest requirements set by R&D and Marketing department throughout the whole process.

Cornilleau guarantees its tables against any manufacturing defect for a period of 3 years. This guarantee is extended to 10 years for outdoor table panels, while the Crossover Outdoor tables guarantee covers the entire table.
